TRPA Committees & WorkgroupsTRPA's Strategic Plan is completed, approved, and committees and workgroups are currently working their Action Plans. Our external goals include healthy rivers, an informed and motivated public, and environmentally conscience elected officials. Internal goals allow TRPA to pursue those external goals. Action Plans define the program to address the shortcomings in our goals. A program is comprised of one or more objectives, a budget, a timetable, and measures of effectiveness. The work of TRPA "happens" in our committees and workgroups.Central to any committee or workgroup are the people who comprise its membership. TRPA is always looking for advocates who want to work on one or more committee or workgroup. For those of you who feel the need to do more, here is your chance. Interested parties should contact TRPA (see Contact Us) and the applicable chairperson will follow-up to answer questions about the committee/workgroup, its Action Plan, and how you can play a part.
